Check @Mooch 's blog for his latest charts and rest results. Any battery with 20A or higher CDR should be able to handle up to 120 watts in pairs, easily. If you want to take it up to the full 220 watts you're looking at around 40A at low charge; no battery has a CDR this high and precious few even have MVA's that high.

I'm running LG HG2s in my Smok GX2/4 (in 2 battery mode very comparable to an Alien) working great, but have only tested up to 90w. Was running all day today 80w and 16+ hours latter bats still not quite dead though on last bar now. Have more than one pair of batteries of course but nice to make it through the whole day on a single set.
