Wait, so what happens to your nostrils?

Many vapers have claimed that e-cigs have badly dried out the skin in their noses, in many cases causing random nosebleeds.

Oh my God, is it permanent?

E-cigarettes haven’t been around long enough to know for certain whether or not they cause permanent damage.

How do you heal it?

Prof John Britton, professor of epidemiology and director of the UK Centre for Tobacco and Alcohol Related Studies, had some pretty simple advice.

Should I give up vaping for good?

If you’re using e-cigs to quit smoking – and it’s helping – then there’s probably no need.

What causes that "Nose sting/burn" you feel when you exhale through the nose? Not every e- juice I have does this (Halo Tiki is the only juice out of the six halos I have that doesnt do this) so I assume its something...menthol maybe?? I doubt its menthol becuase both Vermillion River Malibu Pineapple and Backwoods brew blueberry sting.

I thought it was the nic. Are all of your juices the same concentration?

Retriever Moved On

Probably the PG, and maybe to some extent the nic. When I first started vaping I ordered 36mg juice and it burned my throat. Now I am at 24mg and it is just right for me. I guess it all depends to some degree on how much your smoked.

After I hit post, I thought that may be it as well. Probably why the High VG juices I've bought are meh.

This is an interesting thread. I've experienced the same thing and it's always worried me, thinking maybe I'm smoking filler. I find that it tends to happen after not vaping for a certain period, and then goes away after a few vapes, almost like my sinuses develop a mucus layer or something that prevents the sting.
