I set my Nord 2 to 13W for the 1.4 regular coil with 30mg salt, and it seems to work great. Got one 3 weeks ago and it was total shit. pods were extremely leaky, wet pulls, dry hits. I got new coils; same thing.

Is the Nord vape device any good?

How do you Fill Your Nord 2 with 15W?
I have been using a Nord 2 for a few months now, with the 0.3 RPM coil that is rated for 15w. I like to fill it and let the coil soak for a good 15-20 mins. Then I start slow at 1 W and take a few pulls. Then I'll kick it up to 3-4, then 7ish, then finally 9 watts. Each time I take a few pulls and let the coil resoak.

An ode to TC vaping
More than 5500 puffs and 120ml later the cotton still looks fine and it never tasted burnt. After more than a year of TC vaping I'm still impressed how good TC mode performs and how much longer the coil and cotton will last than in power mode. In power mode I could barely reach 1500 puffs before having to rewick.
Salt nic is a black hole for me
I can’t make it work anymore. I realized I was hitting my vape way too often. So I made a plan to switch to juul so I can cut down and smoke only one pod, or about a pack of ciggs worth of nic a day. It just didn’t happen.

Hi, I have a rather simple question that I haven't been able to find an answer to. I vape 10mg nicotine salt, but was wondering if that 10mg means 10mg equivalent to freebase nicotine, or 10mg nicotine plus the acid it is salted with.

I like the nord 1.4 ohm at 10 watts. The rpm .3 mtl ilike too. I only vape 50mg to get me going in the am. then switch to 12mg in my other tank mod .

This is important. Your SMOK Nord might power-up, but it’s been sat in its box for weeks, maybe months at a time, so you’ll want to give it a good 60 minute charge before using it for the first time.
How To Prime SMOK Nord Coils (And You Need To Do This)
This one is SUPER important. You have to prime the SMOK Nord’s coils before using them. Failure to do so may lead to burning them out prematurely – and nobody wants that.
Stopping Dry Hits On The SMOK Nord
Once you’ve primed the SMOK Nord coil, insert it into the top cap. Make sure the white line on the bottom of it is pointing at the front and back of the device (not to the sides). This ensures your coil is installed properly and will wick correctly.
How To Check SMOK Nord Battery Life
The SMOK Nord has a fire key. It’s handy for tactile firing and, generally speaking, I prefer this style to breath-activated pod mods.
