Why is my vape pen not working?
Inspect the battery contact; it may be clogged or coated. If this occurs, wipe the contact portion with a Q-tip soaked in rubbing alcohol, let the terminal dry, reconnect your cartridge to the battery and try it again. Do NOT overtighten your cartridge. Make sure your battery is turned on and fully charged.
How do you activate a vape cartridge?
Fill your cartridge or tank with CBD vape juice and attach it to your vape pen. Wait at least 5-10 minutes to allow the coil to absorb the e-liquid. Take a small puff and wait a few minutes to gauge the effects. You don't need to hold it in, you can casually inhale and exhale normally.
