I'll repeat what others have said haha. Nothing beats my Reo for maintenance free. About a year and a half or so with my Reo and no major problems. Through all of the drops it's been through, it's been put through hell and is still working just as good as it did on day one.

I'll give another vote for the REO. I use a single 26g coil. I change my wick every week or two (longer if I'm being really lazy), fill my bottle every day or two and change my battery. Other than that, no real maintenance. Clean the whole thing every few months if I remember.
