by any chance you don't take any blood pressure meds do you? Some of the side effects from some of those BP meds is the "tickle throat" I was put on a different BP pill and my Dr told me this and occasionally i can tell my throat does get that "i need to clear my throat" feeling and it'll make me gag/choak.

Having same problem and do take blood pressure meds. Once it starts, eyes even water. Have to put e cig down, and drink something, wait awhile. Sometimes can vape without any problems, but have so many mixes (diy) don't know what's wrong.
