The most common compatibility issue we see is that people are not using an O.penVAPE battery and an O.penVAPE cartridge together, or using a button activated cartridge with our pens.
Why Is My Battery Flashing?
Not a problem! There is a quick solution to any battery issue. A flashing light means 1. The battery is dead and needs a charge. 2. It is having a connection issue. For the VARIABLE VOLTAGE 2.0 BATTERY you can click the tip of the pen 3 times to see if the pen is dead. If flashing RED this is a connection issue.
