Why can’t I ship my vape through USPS?
Due to the PACT Act, USPS is prohibited by law from carrying vape products. FedEx, UPS and DHL voluntarily decided to stop carrying vape products. Vaping.com is continuing to ship to our customers using a network of regional carriers, but we are not currently able to ship to all locations.
Can I enter the vape juice facility?
For now, customers are not allowed into the store until further notice. The Vape Juice Facility has industrial grade ventilation throughout the warehouse. All persons who enter the building have their temperature taken at the door with an infrared thermometer.

We do not recall international orders, they will be abandoned if you do not claim it. NO REFUNDS ONCE SHIPPED.
Can X delivery be returned?
X Delivery orders are not promised to be Returned To Sender. In most cases, after delivery attempts are made but fail to deliver, the package may be destroyed. If by chance we receive an order that was sent back due to non-delivery, we will attempt to contact the customer to resolve the address issue. Packages will be held up to 3 business days before we cancel the order and issue a credit, less the original shipping fee or the cost of shipping.

OneLiveX is not USPS, UPS, or FedEx. They do not guarantee delivery times. The estimated transit time is anywhere from 5 - 15 Business Days. VapeJuice.com cannot take ANY further action with an order stuck in transit until it has reached 15 Business Days.
Can you return a vape juice package if you can't sign for it?
Failure to be present for your delivery, or being unable to sign for your package and show ID, will result in a redelivery attempt. Once your package has had three delivery attempts, VapeJuice.com is not liable for any additional shipping fees charged by OneLiveX. These fees, including the shipping fee, will be deducted from your refund when your package is returned to sender.
