I'm kind of in your position. My parents didn't realise that the vape produced was seriously vapor, because it looked like smoke to them. I have educated them, with information from this forum, about the differences between smoking and vaping, and how vaping was a lot healthier for me.

My parents said the same thing in the beginning... I tried to explain to them what I was doing & why I was doing it. I showed them all of he research that I did & the benefit vaping has over smoking. They now understand & let me vape in the house (after all it's not like it smells or is a disturbance to anyone, no one is getting harmed).

Did you have to go outside to smoke cigs? I did, so if I was asked to go outside to vape, I don't think it would be an issue. As it is, I still have the urge to get up, and go outside for a smoke, sometimes I go out there to vape, just cuz it was part of the habit.

I don't think you will. I am a fully grown, responsible 37 year old man and my father still gives me crap about my vaping. I work for him in the family business and have been told I can only vape in the shop. I respect his wishes, he is the boss after all, and only vape where he allows. He is a hardcore anti-smoker.

While I would never smoke in my house, I vape constantly in my house. I personally see any reason not to...but it is my house. If someone doesn't like what I do in my house, they are free to leave. You, on the other hand, seem to be living with your parents in their house.
