Not 100% on this, but I'd assume it's like every other battery that starts to go bad. Takes longer to charge, and doesn't hold the charge as long. Also I wanna say that batteries build up internal resistance over time... Which may be what's causing the feeling of not getting a lot of power. Vaping down to low voltage levels can shorten the life of a li-ion or li-mn battery. Those sound like mech batteries (protected). I try to get mine on the charger when the mod says they are at 3.5v or so. Draining them to cutoff might be the reason the charge time is longer.
