Soak the pieces. Take all of the glass pieces and screens you separated earlier (not including the whip) and place them in a glass cup of rubbing alcohol. Let them sit for a few hours until the the alcohol turns a deep golden color and the pieces are free of debris. Give them a good rinse with hot water, and let them sit out until dry.
How to blow up a bag with an extreme Q?
Take the flat screen and slide it into the cyclone bowl. Grab the dome screens and reinsert them into the glass elbow adapter and mini whip. Multiple controls
While you can control everything from the onboard display, Arizer went a step further and included a remote for your desktop vape. You can preheat it with specific temperatures, or with the remote’s preset temps from all the way across the room, change fan speeds, set the session timer, and even adjust the light settings.
Heat it up
Press the bottom left power button on the unit to fire up the heater. Use the up and down buttons to the right of the display to set the temperature to 390° F (199° C) for this first session. If you’re looking for thicker hits out of the gate, start out at 420° F (215° C).
Medium grind
The Extreme Q is pretty flexible when it comes to grinding your herbs, but we suggest a medium consistency for this session. Grind up some herbs and fill the cyclone bowl loosely, anywhere from a quarter to three quarters of the way up to the bottom of the black protective coating. Anymore than that, and you won’t get a consistent roast.
Hit the whip
The whip is great for long, drawn out sessions. Connect the end with the glass adapter to the bowl, and draw just hard enough to move the herbs around. Shoot for a good 10 to 15 second draw. The cyclone bowl is designed to toss your herbs around as you draw, to reduce stirring, but as with any convection vape, stirring can help.

Cleanup
After you’re done with your session, turn the heater off and clear out the bowl and whip of any leftovers. It’s easier to do this while it’s still warm, but be careful not to burn yourself. The black protective coating will be warm to the touch, but the glass below will stay plenty hot for a bit.
How to use Arizer Extreme Q?
The first thing you need to do when you receive your Arizer Extreme Q is turn the units heating system on to full power. The reason for this is to essentially sterilise the unit. During manufacture the vaporizer would have been subject to a number of materials and oils which you will want to flush out before using. By turning the heat on full blast for as little as 20 minutes ensures all the unwanted residues are disintegrated giving you the cleanest vapor possible. Start as you mean to go on.

Like I mentioned in the beginning of the article, the Arizer Extreme Q give yous the option of a whip style vaporizer or a balloon style. While both have their advantages try to consider how long you intend to use it for and how many people you intend to share it with. With the whip style being a faster method it isn’t as suitable for sharing, the delicate glass pieces could be broken by someone less familiar vaporizers while the balloon can be easily disconnected and passed among friends. However, while the balloon has its benefits as far as the shareability is concerned it does take considerably longer to use.
