I just got the snow wolf 218w and I charged my batteries externally last night...this morning I pop in my batteries and it says "the battery is imbalance". Anyone have/had this problem?

See if the batteries are manufactured on the same date if you can. Ex. My Samsung's both say 2G12, look up that number and both are made Jan. 2016. If the numbers don't match one will be older then the other and batteries age regardless of if you are using them or not so one may be 4.2v while other is only 4.15v.
