What wattage should I vape at 0.3 ohm?
What wattage should I vape at 0.2 ohm?
Does higher wattage mean more flavor?
Higher wattages are ideal for sweeter and creamy flavoured e-liquids, whereas lower wattages work best for menthol flavourings. By tailoring your vape wattage to suit specific flavours, you will be able to enhance the flavours and get more out of your vaping experience.Feb 26, 2019
What wattage should I vape at 0.23 ohm?
What is TCR mode?
This specific TCR value of the wire is kept in mind by the vape mod, allowing it to adjust the amount of power being sent to the coil and thus control the temperature.Mar 19, 2021
What is VPC in vaporizer?
If the coil you’re using is a complex clapton coil, this will have a large cross sectional area. An initial high wattage will be needed to heat the coil to vaporize the e-liquid. This is often referred to as initial ramp-up or pre-heat.
What is a VPC mod?
Variable Power Curve (VPC) is an advanced function or mode option on some mods. This mode enables the user to customize different power levels (wattage) in set increments, providing a power curve over a puff duration (time).
What does "selecting this option" mean?
Selecting this option means you can tailor or customize the wattage/variable power curve, being applied to your coil over the duration of the firing cycle. We can increase or decrease the wattage in fixed points throughout the firing time.
What is power curves and why it's so important?
Power curves is an advanced pre-heat feature offered by some of today's high end box mods. It allows precise control over the first 5 or 10 seconds of vaping. This means you can individually adjust the power hitting the coil in 0.5 or 1.0 second increments for a 5-second or 10-second interval.
How to use power curves
By setting the first half second for 90W and then gradually decreasing the power to 75-60-50W and finally 45W for the last two seconds you can take advantage of constant vapor production all throughout the inhale.
Power curves vs temperature curves
Most advanced box mods that offer power curves also offer temperature curves. The feature is similar, only it uses temperature values instead of watts. This way you can customize the 5 or 10 second interval in 0.5 or 1-second incremental temperatures.
What are the different types of vapes?
There are 2 types of vapes; fixed powered devices and variable powered devices. This refers to the ability to adjust the power settings and fine-tune the vape experience. If you have a pod system its likely type 1, but read through both types below to make sure before proceeding.
What is a coil in a tank?
A coil has organic cotton inside that soaks in the e-liquid. By letting your tank sit you are making sure the cotton is truly soaked with e-liquid to prevent a dry hit and potentially burning the coil. Prime your coil: A popular method for helping the e-liquid soak through is priming.
What is variable voltage?
Consequently, variable voltage option allows you to set ideal power output depending on brand and model of atomizers, cartomizers, and clearomizers you are using.
What happens if voltage is too low?
If voltage is set too low with respect to resistance level, vapor production will be low and inefficient.
What is the wattage of a box mod?
The wattage of a box mod, in layman’s terms, is essentially the amount of power you send from the mod’s battery to the atomizer (AKA your vape tank). Higher wattages equal more power, and this, in turn, creates a hotter, more intense hit. And more vapor. If you want those BIG clouds, you gotta run your vape mod at higher wattages.
What are the benefits of temperature control?
Benefits of Temperature Control Vaping 1 Better Flavor Control: Certain E Juices perform better at different temperatures. For instance: having a lower temperature might bring out the sweetness more. Or, going higher could bring out richer tones. 2 Fewer Dry Hits: Because the maximum temperature is locked, you won’t get anywhere near as many dry hits – the atomizer just can’t get enough power to do it. 3 Increased Coil Life Span: With the temperature locked, you’re not maxing out the coil every time you vape, which means the coil head will last longer. 4 You Use Less Vape Juice: Again, with the temperature locked in, you can find a sweet spot where you get great flavor at lower temperatures (and, therefore, power). Less power means less E Juice burned.
What is sub ohm tank?
Sub-Ohm tanks are designed to produce more clouds. They do this by having a lower resistance (0.2ohms, for instance), and this allows for less electrical resistance which in turn allows for more signal to flow to the atomizer.

Really like mods with a power curve feature (not the soft/normal/hard function) a per second adjustable power/joule kinda deal, any good mods you guys have seen with this feature? Around the £40-70 mark, ive been looking but the spec info isnt very clear concerning this a lot of the time. Any help would be appreciated greatly apes!

Hi mate, am actually interested to know what that medium/hard bits all about. ( open for jokes there) but i read it i think with maybe a speal on the GTRS, might be wrong, but whats the deal with those settings?
