Hello everyone, First I want to thank all the people on this sub. Everybody’s advice and personal experiences really helped me a lot. I rarely ever think about vaping or nicotine anymore and it feels so good. The first 2 weeks were the worst for me, I was moody, had headaches and felt foggy.

People are consuming nicotine levels that they never would with cigarettes. During lockdown I’ve basically been sat at my desk at home, chain vaping 20mg salts for two years. I had something like a 3 pack a day habit when converted into cigarettes.
