I don't think you can, at least as far as I know. If you like it before it ages it would be best to get small amounts and use it before it changes. This is only my opinion, somebody may come along with some sure fire, stop the steeping dead in it's tracks technology I haven't heard of, never know.

I have no idea... Buy smaller amounts and vape faster? Not sure how refrigeration would affect it. Does anyone know if it would hurt to put it in the freezer? Sorry that I can't help, but it's an interesting question.

After a few years of making juice, yes refrigeration somewhat slows but doesn't stop steeping. To accelerate it place it in a window on a sunny day. The watermelon/strawberry I make doesn't like being more than a month old. The strawberry loses it's tartness. Meanwhile my blueberry tastes nasty unless it's at least a week old.

Fridge works for a couple weeks to month depending on the juice. I tried the freezer but I think it gave it a funky taste kinda freezer burnt. Could of just been in my head thought. But I store all my juice in the fridge. Works great for me.

Steeping is the juice oxidizing, it will do that from the time it is mixed til it is gone. Like others have said if you don't use it fast enough to be in your preferred taste buy smaller bottles.
