In theory it is possible to vape Etizolam, but you would require a temperature of 545.3 degrees Celsius at 760mm/Hg (source ChemNet). The flash point of Etizolam is just over half that temperature, so I think it would ignite in air before it formed a vapour. Thanks for letting us know about the attempt though.

HCL is a most interesting and novel approach, unfortunately I don't have the expertise to evaluate this theoretical approach. I'm not sure if propylene glycol would evaporate without leaving a residue.
