what exact link is for the firmware and what are the exact steps updating it I dont want to brick it. I have only updated Smoktech Mods before and you have to take the batteries out of those before upgrade, so this is my first time with this brand. Thanks for the quick response

Don't worry you can't brick them, the fw update process had been designed to be recoverable. 3rd section on the product page "Click Here to Download Escribe".
