Use a coil wrapping rod, or piece of metal with the same (or slightly smaller) inner diameter to center everything. On Geek Vape Tsunami 24mm pictured above, you want the coil/coils to be in the middle of the post vertically, and as close to the center of bottom air flow as possible.

From my research it seems to be the Baby Beast RTA is about 3mm taller than the coils so to use that I would have to get a glass that is 3mm taller than current. That may be a question for another post... baby beast coils do NOT fit in the Ohmie tank, the threads on the base aren't right. chimney threads in and that's all.

The V8 Baby T-8 coils have 4 holes (8 coils) which are comparable I assume to the Joyetech Pro C4 coil, although I have never tried those. Did you get an answer/solution on this??
How many watts should I use for a vape?
Not technically true about going 10 watts under recommend watts, but make sure to prime the coils really well and when you first start heating up the coils start at the lowest watt and slowly work up 2 to 5 watts at a time until you get the vape you like.
Do mods read coils?
the mods won't read the coils exactly as printed. it's normal to be a little off. plus the mods themselves add a little resistance. smok mods tend to read a little high and sig mods tend to read a little low. it's normal.

You may want to make sure your air is open far enough, if you don't get enough airflow across the coils they get pretty hot, and burn the cotton. Other than the airflow the only other thing I can think of is you are using too many watts, or you aren't priming the coil well enough.

I have a question, I know it isn't about the coil, though I came here to learn something about those, too, and have, but I also have a question about whether or not the babybeast will fit my Wesmec Reuleaux RXmini mod. Any idea if it will fit?

Thank you. I hope to see a notable improvement in quality compared to the tank which came with my mini's mod because, though I'm happy with the wesmec Mod, its tank doesn't seem all that great. but maybe it's just me, I'm still pretty new.

One other reason could be that you need to break in a coil. You prime a new coil with a couple of drops in the coil?
