Proper breathing can help you create the biggest clouds. The not-so-secret: slow but steady wins the race. If you inhale too quickly, you may not be generating as much vapor as possible. A slow, steady inhale is vital for taking the most vapor in and letting the most vapor out.

For big clouds, choose an e-liquid with a 50/50 PG/VG ratio, or higher VG. High PG e-liquids are not good for producing lots of vapour and can be quite harsh on your throat. E-liquid strength is also important when using lower resistances.

How to get maximum clouds from your vape device?

We believe that large capacity tanks are crucial to getting maximum clouds from your vape device. This is because of the speed at which the vaporized e-juice turns to clouds. Indeed, it is the larger, the better since producing dense clouds consumes more e-juice.

Why does my vape Cloud look so big?

Once your e-liquid has vaporized, vapor saturates the space above the coil. This starts the rapid process of condensation, pushing vapor out of your device, creating more e-liquid and cycling out the old vapor with the new. The result? A sick, big vape cloud.

What kind of vape juice makes big clouds?

The correct mix of PG and VG will allow you to create massive clouds without having a harsh throat hit. E-liquids that have a higher percentage of vegetable glycerin will generate denser, thicker vape clouds than vape juices with a higher propylene glycol percentage.

What ohm coil makes the biggest clouds?

Use coils rated below 0.5 ohms: Low resistance coils that are 0.5 ohms and below can handle more wattage and generally produce bigger clouds.

Does more airflow mean bigger clouds?

Increasing airflow (to an extent) means more fresh air to cool vapor temperature; this not only gives you added cooling capacity making it more comfortable to inhale, but it also increases the size of your cloud.

How do you make a thick smoke cloud?

To do it, take a very big drag. As you open your mouth for the French Inhale, lightly and slowly exhale, pushing the smoke out and up as it hits your outstretched bottom lip. If you've inhaled enough smoke you should end with your face obscured in a thick, ghostly cloud.

Why does my vape not cloud?

Inhaling technique – when you're not sucking hard enough To get lots of vapour, you need enough airflow to cool the coil and help your cloud condense. Even when the airflow setting on your tank is at maximum, it's no good if you're not inhaling enough to make use of it.

Does higher ohms mean more vapor?

However, if you adjust the coil to a resistance higher than 2.8 Ohms, you will notice a considerable reduction in the amount of vapour and heat, because the wattage (W) is lower (approx. 4.4 Watts). This means that you should increase voltage (v) to increase wattage (W) and get a better puff.

Does more airflow use more juice?

Higher airflow can decrease the amount of juice needed, because it remains on the coils. When using lower airflow, you'll gain more flavor from your vape. When less air encounters the coils, it forces the vapor out quicker as well as becomes warmer.

Why do RDA tanks have dense clouds?

The reason why RDA, RTA, and sub-0hm vaping tanks can produce dense clouds is because of the amount of current that passes through the coils. This is the principle behind adjusting the power settings of your device for maximum clouds. Increasing the power of your device enhances its capacity to vaporize e-liquids.

Why is it better to use a large vape tank?

Indeed, it is the larger, the better since producing dense clouds consumes more e-juice. And so to avoid constant refilling or the embarrassment of having your device run out of e-juice while you are vaping, it is best to opt for large capacity tanks. This is because they are the best vape tanks for getting maximum clouds.

What is the beauty of vaping?

The ‘beauty’ of vaping for most vapers lies in the thick, aromatic clouds of vapor that are created. It most cases, only specialized vape devices (sub-ohm) produce such clouds, hence the shift towards such devices. There are other ways around producing such clouds especially if you do not want those specialized devices.

How to make clouds with low resistance coils?

There are a number of different ways to wick your low resistance coils including tucking the wick underneath the coil, tucking it behind the coil or clipping it without tucking. Getting your wicking right will give you the most use out of your e-liquid. A good technique is to cut both ends of a wick to create ‘tails’. Fluff these tails up a bit and tuck both of them under the coil. Make sure to clear a little airway though beneath the wick and push slightly to one side.

What are the two types of mods in Cloud Chaser?

Ok so I just recently got into RDA 's, and have a limitless 200w box mod with a limitless RTDA I ijoy tank. I use 2 clapton coils made from 34k and 24k. 2.5 diameter at 0.55 ohms, and using Japanese cotton. It takes 2 sigelei 35A, 2500mAh 3.7v each. I run it around 60w.

GBalkam Super Member

Lots of factors here. Given the identical set up (between you and your friends)...

GBalkam Super Member

By the way.. if you want clouds, don't use claptons. With a regulated mod, don't worry about ohms, you want more wraps. You do need to worry about watts. Your box has to be able to push enough watts to run your coil. Figure.. 8 wraps of 24ga kanthal or 9 wraps of 24ga nichrome. Use a 3.0mm core for more surface area. Higher VG = more cloud.

And u see people on YouTube with alot smaller Vapes producing huge clouds so I was wondering if someone could give me some tips on this?

How to get clouds?

Let me take you through a basic 6 step guide on a technique that should help you produce bigger clouds. Exhale and empty your lungs completely. Lean forward slightly and exhale again to get rid of excess air in your lungs.

How to get more vapor in your lungs?

Now inhale for as long and as hard as you can. As you inhale straighten your back upwards to open upon your lungs and allow more vapor to enter.

What happens when air goes over coil?

When the air going over your coil increases, your device is able to produce vapor at a quicker pace. When the vapor production increases, the vapor is pushed out of the device quicker and therefore increases the rate at which the "old" vapor can be replaced with "new vapor". Voila!

Why is it so hot to vape?

Firstly, if you increase the power of your vape through higher wattages or lower resistance coils, the vapor's temperature increases and may become too hot to vape comfortably. Increasing the airflow allows for more fresh air to come in and cools the temperature of the vapor, making it more comfortable to inhale.

Does a higher power make more vapor?

It is important to note that the increase in power doesn't create more vapor, instead it allows you to receive that vapor quicker than if you were to vaporize the e-liquid with less power. This in turn vaporizes the e-liquid quicker which results in more vapor drawn in from a single inhale.

Can you have the same mod as a cloud chaser?

Bigger cloud production certainly isn't all about the device. You can have exactly the same mod as any pro cloud chaser, but this doesn't mean your clouds will be just as great. Technique has a lot to do with it to. The right technique involves the perfect combination of inhaling, exhaling and body posture.

Hey guys, I'm having an issue.... I'm not getting those huge vapor clouds that you see on YouTube....

Evilocity Super Member Verified Member ECF Veteran

Agreed, drop the nic level by a bunch and up the vg ratio a bit. A lot of folks drip 18 and such, but it's a little rough imo. At the least, it will be much more enjoyable.

SthrnCelt Moved On ECF Veteran

Agree about the VG and the nic content. When I use my low ohm I have almost 100% VG. Actually its more like 93%. Nicotine is around 5-6%. When you have this kind of ratio you can take some very loooooong lung hits. At 0.47 your should be looking like a cooling tower at a nuclear power plant.

vapdivrr Vaping Master Verified Member ECF Veteran

not sure of exactly the size you opened up the air holes to, but if its really bi and airy, then your whole vape draw has to change. no longer can you do mouth to lung hits but need to do straight lung hits. straight lung inhales take some decent lungs where your inhaling slowly and for a long time.

513punk Senior Member

I find that the lower nicotine levels help me get bigger, cloudier hits. I'm running a stingray x mech mod with a tugboat atty. I get huge clouds, but I use alot of 100% VG juices too.

Hey guys, I'm having an issue.... I'm not getting those huge vapor clouds that you see on YouTube....

Miata GT Ultra Member Verified Member ECF Veteran

My opinion is your Magneto is the issue. I have one and love it but it's a 0.7ohms or higher device. Much lower and you get huge voltage drop. It's not made to do what you're trying to make it do.
