I find that I have more of a standard level of nicotine in my system with the e-cig. Except when I use my 6v mod, I have to be real careful not to vape too much on it because it is so good, but can give a serious rush. If I were going to use it all the time I'd lower the amount of nic I use in my liquid.

Joe81 Super Member ECF Veteran

it is possible to get a headrush, but i think it'd be a sign that u'd need to cut down to a lower strength or vape less hehe...

I usually vape 16-24mg. I got some 36mg to try and had an immediate head rush and waited for about 20 minutes for it to go away. Went back to the 18mg and have not had it happen again. I think the nic was too strong for me.

Someone explained on another thread that the head rush from analogs was from carbon monoxide, not nicotine. So, you may not get that same kind of head rush/buzz from vaping?

Moonstruck Super Member Verified Member ECF Veteran

I'm still really new here at this forum, but I think Kristin is right. If you do some basic research about nicotine, it's pretty harmless except for its addictive nature (which is huge, of course). It's the carbon monixide that gives smokers the "light-headed" or "head rush" feeling, and you don't get CO from vaping.
