Unlike with smoking, puffing harder when you vape doesn’t usually get you more vapor, because it depends so much on how well your wick is working and how much airflow there is. If you do want to inhale more sharply, make sure you have good wicking (any sub ohm tank or rebuildable atomizer is a suitable choice) and keep the airflow wide open.

I noticed with my TFV12 that the only coils that gave me flavor is the X4, Q4, and the dual built RBA. But also the liquid I use, Liquid Nitrogen, is a 50/50 mix and the most extreme mint (no menthol) that I have had made.

I get a break in with a few cheap cottons can taste off for 1-4ml. Better cotton it goes away after 5-10 puffs.

He said it was fine before. As for the SMM surprised you didn't mention that it sounds like a jet engine taking off. One of the loudest tanks I've heard other then ones the whistle. As far as flavour thats more what you put in it then the tank. Great tank but you need big 3mm fused claptons or larger in it.

I just changed my coil on my x8 and now I'm not getting any flavor. The past one I used had a really great juicy flavor, the very first coil I used like the one I have now had hardly any flavor at all. I googled it and I keep seeing issues with the TFV8 not having any flavor. So is this must be a common issue with these coils/tank.

Why is my sub ohm tank not producing vapor?

What is rebuildable atomizer?

A rebuildable atomizer is capable of producing the most vapor possible from an e-cigarette. If your e-cigarette isn’t producing vapor and you’re using a rebuildable atomizer, we’ve got a few tips for you.

How does a top coil clearomizer work?

A top-coil clearomizer has its atomizer coil positioned close to the tip. Two silica wicks lead from the coil to the bottom of the clearomizer. Top-coil clearomizers tend to produce very warm vapor since the atomizer coil is so close to the mouth. However, top-coil cartomizers don’t always wick efficiently because they have to fight gravity.

What to do if your sub ohm tank doesn't make a sound?

If not, you need to add more liquid. If your sub-ohm tank produces no vapor and doesn’t even make a sound when you press the button, something isn’t making a proper connection. If you have a mechanical mod, stop using it immediately.

What happens if you add liquid to an atomizer?

If you’ve just added e-liquid to a tank or dripping atomizer, make sure that you haven’t added too much or spilled liquid down the center air tube. If an atomizer is flooded, it’ll likely produce very little vapor. You may also notice a gurgling sound.

Where is the coil on a cartomizer?

The atomizer coil is quite small and usually positioned around the middle of the cartomizer. Because e-liquid has to get through quite a bit of filler material before reaching the coil — which makes filling a bit of a challenge — it’s pretty common for a cartomizer to produce no vapor.

Fix Weak Hits With a Pod System

Fix a Pod System With a Leaking Pod
