Lately I am gettting a lot of short circuits with the latest head on my vaporizer. It's a commercial built "Joytech eGo ONE Mega V2". The things is that when it's short cutted it just doesn't work (the light is not on, just the light flashes for 5 times); I cannot even turn it off in this state!

Sounds more like a power problem like a connection to the batteries because of not even a light. A coil will not normally make a MOD not power on and give a check atomizer message.

Not to sound condescendng, but did you press the power button 5 times quickly? It's possible it's not on or maybe you're turning it on and off without realizing it.
