Why is my EVOD blinking 3 times?
The 3 flashes are supposed to mean that there is a short or the resistance is too low to safely fire (I don't think it will fire anything under 1ohm). In your case with it happening with every tank, it sounds like the center pin may be smashed down too far, causing it to short out.

Why does my vape pen leak?
