So my Vapor King eTank series cig came today. It was supposed to come with 5 empty cartridges, but instead it came with 5 cartridges fill with high strength tobacco liquid. I don't want to use the tobacco liquid because it's too strong and I don't really like tobacco.

I never used them but I would install one on the atty to pierce it, then take it off the atty, then use a thin syringe through the hole to suck out the juice, then using the syringe I would flush it with water or vodka then suck out as much as I can and let it dry?

You should be able to pry the cap off and rinse it with hot water. Your atty might still taste a little like the tobacco juice. You could do the same to the atty or put a couple drops of your new juice on it.

I got my wisdom teeth out recently and I got a couple little curved syringes to rinse my mouth out, I bet you could ask a dentist for some of those, I use it to rinse out my 510-t carts about once a week so they don't get goopy.
1. Heat And Spill
Before you can use the last drop out of your THC cartridge you’ll have to get it out. If you have a space heater you can hold the cartridge in front of it until everything gets liquidy. You can also run a lighter back and forth on it to loosen things up. Just make sure you don’t apply direct heat to a single spot for too long.
2. Twax A Joint
Another one of the ways to use the last drop out of your THC cartridge is to twax a joint or blunt with it. Twaxing is a great way to combine weed and wax. When dabs are too stable people warm them up to make them more malleable before twaxing. Since the oil inside of cartridges is pretty runny you won’t have a hard time twaxing a joint with it.
