Then find the application SXi-DriverSetup. Double click on it and install the driver. After that the program should work. It worked for me and I hope it works for you and others having a problem.

Try some different cables also unplug and re-plug the usb cable... 1st though you have got to get the driver installed correctly or it will not communicate. I had to unplug and replug the usb cable a couple times and kill and restart the software a few times till it recognized my device.

Good suggestion, I made sure it was a data cable and it didn't make a difference. I think in my case Windows 10 isn't recognizing the YIHI driver.
