I'm going to put the bottle in the little bottle/nipple cleaning cage and run it through the dishwasher. Hopefully it won't melt!

I use Specialty Bottle - Glass & Plastic Bottles Jars Vials Tins Other Containers for 1,2,3, dram and larger glass dropper bottles. Using a glass dropper bottle is a little more tricky that plastic ezee squeezee bottles but they clean up better and look really f@#@$%in' cool. Cobalt blue, green, brown, clear ect.

i soak mine in lemon juice overnight in a tupperware container, then run through the dishwasher (top shelf). the removable dishwasher basket allows for small bottles, but the dripper top is still too small. i keep that in the lemon juice or vinegar, then rinse with soapy water.
