How do I earn vapor points?
Vapor points can be earned many ways; placing an order on our website, joining our email list, social media actions, leaving product reviews, on your birthday, and many more! We are frequently adding new ways to earn vapor points, so be sure to check back often!
Do I need to have an account on vapor.com to earn vapor points?
Yes. Vapor points can only be earned if you have an account on vapor.com. To earn points on purchases, you'll need to be logged into that account during checkout.
How do I redeem my vapor points?
During the checkout process, you'll have the opportunity to apply your vapor points.
Where can I find how many vapor points I have?
While logged into your account, you'll find the "Rewards Panel" that shows your vapor point balance.
Do my vapor points expire?
Vapor points expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not earning points (placing an order) or spending points. You will be notified via email 30 days and 7 days before your points expire.
Do I earn birthday discounts every year?
Yes. Depending on your current tier level, you will recieve an email with a coupon code for the corresponding discount amount.
Will I receive the shipping discounts on every order?
The shipping discounts can only be earned one-time, upon entry into the Pro or All-Star tiers. You will receive a coupon code via email to apply the shipping discount during checkout.
