I'm afraid they lies about TC. That is a variable voltage box... the wattage range is based on the volts applied to the resistance. Change it by pressing the up and down arrows. I think the max is 5 volts... for a better understanding, google iStick Mini 10...

Ok thanks for the replies. However on the screen, there's a v and a w and the v is lit up and the w is dim. So I thought that meant I could switch to just changing the wattage.
