I posted this in another thread yesterday, but this is what I use, attaches to a belt, so I don't think it would work well for a purse though. The strap with the buckle that is on the back flips around to the front to lock the mod in if extra retention is needed. It is made of Velcro straps, so I can adjust it to fit most mods .
