I drop my vape rig quite a bit; I've killed an eLeaf iStick 30W, my last eLeaf iStick 50W bit the dust, and my current one is about to. Is there anything out there that is like the iStick 50W, but a bit more rugged? Two things I really like about the iStick is that I can vape while charging (i.e. passthrough), and the long battery life (4400 mAh).

If you want a mod that can be dropped on a regular basis... get a tube mech..... that said my pico 75 has more dents and scape than. Clean surfaces.... pretty durable..... vaping at 15 to 20 watts I change batts 1x per day.....the new 21xxx battery version should go all day. and it does do pass though..

I don't know that I'd want to vape a mech mod that was dropped on a regular and routine basis. The geekvape ages is supposed to be rugged, but it's an internal battery mod, I don't know if passthrough is an option, but it certainly isn't with a mech mod, that's for sure.

93gc40 - The Pico looks interesting, but unless eLeaf has improved their build quality since the iStick series, I would be worried about running into the same issues. Definitely want to go for a regulated mod vs mech.

If you got a mod with removable batteries you wouldn’t have to vape via passthrough. Just buy 2/4 batteries depending on the mod and you can charge the batteries whilst vaping on the fresh ones. That way your not restricted to internal battery mods. Opens up many options in which case I recommend a Smoant mod.

I was going to recommend the Aegis also, as it is supposed to be shock-proof and water-proof (resistant?), but it doesn't do pass-thru. In fact the USB port has a cover that can be accessed only by removing two torx screws and a silicone plug - which is designed to keep water out, I suppose.
