Maybe I should ask this before buying the nicotine. I already vape on low mg juices 3mg - 6mg. I bought 0mg to switch to vape that. So when I vape it though I cough almost after every time I take a puff. It seems harsh I don't know if that is the word I am looking for.

Do not use 100mg nic if you don't know what you are doing. Also, the standard juice calculators won't be accurate since you are using "0mg nicotine juices". Presumably that is made up of VG, PG and flavorings. Do you know what proportion of each it already contains?? The nic juice itself comes mixed with whatever PG/VG base you want, eg.
