Product I ordered never showed up
Product I ordered never showed up. After several emails and weeks of waiting I was simply told “o well you have to wait”. They claim nothing can be shipped via normal delivery outlets (usps,FedEx,ups). Then after they say it’s shipped it never arrives. Then they blame the delivery people they chose to deliver the items.

Out of all the Vape suppliers I've tried to order from, Element Vape is the only company that has actually been able to deliver my order!
For the most part
For the most part, everything I ordered was in place and works great. I love my product and the care that was insured to get her safely, but 4 stars is there because of shipping. I wish I had more shipping options other than just standard shipping, I totally would have paid the extra money to have it faster.
Would have been delivered faster on foot
I like the product, but it took a month to receive it. I spent over half what I spent with Element Vape on disposables until my order arrived. I don’t think I will make that mistake again.
Ordered 2 different RTA
Ordered 2 different RTA, a Steamcrave MTL and an Intake MTL. Got the Steamcrave but was sent a Druga instead. Too much hassle to open a complaint and cost me too much in terms of postage to send it back. You would think that a company that charges $30 for shipping would be extra careful to ensure their internal process was done correctly.
SCAM
My order was placed 1/26. The tracking says it was shipped & delivered 1/17. Element refused to give me a refund or replacement & refused to answer my emails period saying I should deal with Route. Route was only able to refund the shipping cost. Don’t order from here. It’s a scam!

I'm tired... (venting and ranting)
I've been vaping for 7 years. I've vaped on just about everything. Rebuild tanks with ribbon wire, countless RDAs, countless tanks, mech mods, regulated mods, squonk boxes... I even made a 4x18650 parallel mod. I was in charge of putting a vape section in a head shop. I've bought juice, I've made juice.
