I'm at the 5 month mark and when I started I was using 6+ mg per day. Now I use between 3 - 5 depending on what I am doing. I have found that when I am busy I don't think about getting a "fix" like I did when I used tobacco .

If I am home and able to vape, I can vape as much as 5 ml per day, but usually it's 2-3 ml per day. If you are worried about how much you are vaping, you can purchase 0 nic juice and vape away without the nicotine. I plan to eventually get to 0 nic on my juice, put have no plans of stopping vaping!

THANK YOU to everyone for there comments!! It seems like the average is about 3-5ml a day. The day that I felt really bad I think I vaped somewhere around 4ml. I was chain vapping lol I was drinking a lot of water but I guess I need to drink more.
My how we've fallen
It's interesting how much activity has declined since the rise of pod systems and disposables. We used to be an active community when most of us were using more serious equipment. There was a lot more variety and interesting topics to talk about. There were a lot more build questions and so forth.

I was watching a review for a sub ohm tank that I am kinda interested for (Vaporesso itank). The Vaporesso site , shows a picture of how many puffs you can get with the 8ml tank capacity ,depending on how many watts you vape.It says 200-300 puffs to empty the whole tank at 55-75 watt range.
