The best way is to count the number of puffs per tank. Most mods have a puff counter so you won't have to do this manually. When yo fill up your tank reset puff counter to zero, then vape as you normally do. When it is time to refill the tank, check your puff counter.

Apply the same basic formula from combustion cigarettes to your vape. IMO, we absorb about 30%-40% of the nicotine in our juice.

Its literally impossible to determine. Too many variables and no real way to determine exactly how much nicotine YOUR body absorbs, which is most certainly different than almost anyone else. Since you suck at math, as you say, you are needlessly overthinking the issue.
