The best way is to count the number of puffs per tank. Most mods have a puff counter so you won't have to do this manually. When yo fill up your tank reset puff counter to zero, then vape as you normally do. When it is time to refill the tank, check your puff counter.

Apply the same basic formula from combustion cigarettes to your vape. IMO, we absorb about 30%-40% of the nicotine in our juice.
