On weekdays, I go through about 2 ml per day, maybe 2.5. Probably 3 or 4 on a Saturday and Sunday. I think pretty much all of us start out strong when we're beginners, but I found myself cutting down as time goes by. As long as you don't get nauseous or headaches, you're probably doing fine.

That is a little over a pack and a half equivalent. However, there is no tar, carbonmonoxide, or any carcinogen in most eliquid. So ecigs are way better than analogs.
