1-4ml 6mg a day, usually at around 25 watts on a .3 ohm coil. Not sure how some people go through so much in a day, if I use 4 I feel I am non stop vaping so....am I missing something? I'm at the 5 month mark and when I started I was using 6+ mg per day. Now I use between 3 - 5 depending on what I am doing. I have found that when I am busy I don't think about getting a "fix" like I did when I used tobacco .

THANK YOU to everyone for there comments!! It seems like the average is about 3-5ml a day. The day that I felt really bad I think I vaped somewhere around 4ml. I was chain vapping lol I was drinking a lot of water but I guess I need to drink more.
