good morning and welcome to ECF! my suggestion would be to purchase a JOYE 510 model. You can buy a no-box standard kit from Vicky at Cignot.Com for 35.00. These work well if you like an a cigarette looking device. The downside is the battery last about two hours, so you have to constantly have one on the charger.

It was a good place to start as I didn't know if the E-cig thing was for me and I wanted to try it out at a low cost before I made a real investment. Then I made a mistake. I ordered an overpriced kit from GreenSmoke.com.

For a beginner I would suggest the eGo or Riva 510 or the VGO 801 models. Get a pack of blank carts, 3 or 4 small bottle of e-liquid you think you would like to put into the blank carts. The prefilled carts tend not to taste good and are way more expensive in the long run. Get an extra atomizer and consider getting a pack of 5 blank cartomizers.

If you want a cigarette form factor (skinny), automatic battery (works by inhaling, instead of pushing a small button), then a KR808D-1 automatic kit is nice. You can start with pre-filled cartomizers (combines the fluid and heater into something that looks like a cig filter), keeping it ultra simple.
