I'm at the 5 month mark and when I started I was using 6+ mg per day. Now I use between 3 - 5 depending on what I am doing. I have found that when I am busy I don't think about getting a "fix" like I did when I used tobacco .

When I started, I was about 2-3 mls a day, now that I really am into it about 5 mls a day. The problem with me is, if I have a new flavor I love I vape the heck out of it. Then I calm down until I get another new flavor
