I just take slow draws, say for 4-6 seconds maybe. Heck, now it is such second nature, I'm not sure. 4 seconds felt good. I am using 24-36mg nicotine too. But I smoked for 40+ years, so this is easy for me and it has kept me OFF cigarettes for almost 4 months now, almost effortlessly too. Nothing at all has been able to do that for me. Nothing.

Just vape until the urge goes away. That's what I do. Haven't touched a nasty in a month!

I just vape till the urge passes. I find myself hitting the PV on and off all day long instead of hitting it a bunch and then waiting 30-60mins like I did with analogs

seriously... I circular breathe this thing sometimes! Just puff till your satisfied...and I mean emotionally and physically. A lot of this is emotional for me, not that I'm craving nicotine but its a habitual thing. Your body will tell you if its too much nic.

I vape more often than I smoked and take fewer drags. I take about 2-6 drags over every 10 minutes. I never sit and take 20 drags expect maybe first vaping after I wake up. I never smoked 20 drags out of a cig either. I would get maybe a dozen.

When you first start vaping, you want to fill yourself with as much knowledge as possible about vaping, ecigs, etc...but honestly, just enjoy it! You will when you get your new toys and juice. It will be night and day. And just have FUN! You'll find your sweet spot in no time thru trial and error and asking LOTS of questions.

I'm no scientician, but my research led me to the fact that nicotine ain't the bad guy in cigarettes. It's the thousands of other compounds that are evil. You won't get the hit same as a cig, but it tastes better and you can get as much nicotine as you want.

On my device 1ml is like 1 cigarette. Which seems accurate cause i vape about 30ml, so 30 cigs worth a day.

There has got to be some kind of a formula for this, but 1ml of 8mg Nic juice = 20 cigarettes ain't it.
Lessifer Vaping Master Verified Member ECF Veteran
There's a lot more variables than just nic content, but if I had to rough estimate I'd say maybe 4mg of nic equals 1 cigarette. So 1ml of 8mg nic would be 2 cigs. I vape about 3ml of 12mg nic, so 36mg/day, usually less. I used to smoke 10 cigs/day. But they're not REALLY equivalent.

It's equal to 4.5 cigarettes and anyone who says differently is a filthy liar.

If you were smoking cigarettes that only had 8mg of nicotine in them, then you were only getting 160mg of nic per pack. If you now smoke 2 cigs a day (16mg of nic) plus 4ml of 18mg (72mg of nic) then you've stepped down from 160mg to 90mg of nic, or about half.

maybe if you are just talking about how much nicotine is in one pack of unlit smokes compared to how much nic is in 1ml of 8mg juice...but you'll never for the full amount of nic out of that pack of smokes

Thank you mods!
I just wanted to publicly thank the mods for implementing our new no medical questions rule that I suggested a few days ago. Hopefully it cuts down on some of the clutter, questions we're not qualified to answer, and just dumb shit that's in no way related to vaping being blamed on vaping.
