I vape 2-5 ml at 6mg.Too much nic may raise you blood pressure but it depends on the person,odds are for dying from vaping are nil so would not worry.

I do it mostly by volume... 3.5 to 5 ml a day. Better than counting puffs. If you use a carto tank you might consume less liquid but we're all around that volume.
