I discourage it but yes there are people who begin vaping even though they never smoked. When I used to work in a vape shop they would come in and say they just want to try it and some would buy it with 0% nic juice.

Should you be concerned? Maybe. There's no doubt that ecigs do not share the same dangers as analogs, but the real long term effects are still unknown. If they are truly inconsequential, then there's nothing to worry about.

There are some people that I have met that come into the vape shop that haven't smoked in while or haven't smoked at all in their lives. I'm not sure why you would want to start vaping but I guess to some people they think this is just a cool new fad. I know some hookah smokers and cigar smokers that have made the switch.
