Furthermore, this also modified the PACT Act which now defines cigarette s to include vapor products (Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems or ENDS) and thus subjects online retailers to an exhaustive reporting process. The USPS, FedEx, and UPS are also banning shipment of vapor products in all instances direct to customers.
Is a vaporizer a cigarette?

What does the sticker on a vape package say?
There are Federal labelling rules for packages containing vaping products, so your packages will have a sticker on them that reads “CIGARETTES/NICOTINE/SMOKELESS TOBACCO: FEDERAL LAW REQUIRES THE PAYMENT OF ALL APPLICABLE EXCISE TAXES, AND COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LICENSING AND TAX-STAMPING OBLIGATIONS”
Do you need an ID to vape?
Yes, every delivery containing vaping products will require an adult (21+) with ID to sign for the package in ALL states. Some of our customers are used to this, as 11 states we ship already have this law and it works well.
Does USPS carry vapes?
The PACT Act has struck again, and USPS are no longer carrying vape products. The good news is that Vaping.com WILL continue to legally sell & deliver our wide choice of kits, hardware and juices at great prices. The bad news is that we will not be able to deliver to all locations, but our new carrier is quickly expanding their coverage.
Does UPS have a ban on vaping?
The PACT Act prevents USPS from carrying any vaping products and while FedEx and UPS have also stated they will stop carrying vaping products, there is not a ban on shipping vape products.
How long does it take to ship vapes?

How long does it take for a product to be processed?
Fulfillment delays are pushing normal processing times to a range of up to 5 business days. During holidays and sales events, processing times may take up to 10 business days.
Does Global Post ship internationally?
We ship international USPS/ Global Post, please check the dropdown to see if your country is on the list. International customers must be familiar with their country's customs and import laws before deciding to purchase. Is EightVape a refund?
We do not recall international orders, they will be abandoned if you do not claim it. NO REFUNDS ONCE SHIPPED.
Can X delivery be returned?
X Delivery orders are not promised to be Returned To Sender. In most cases, after delivery attempts are made but fail to deliver, the package may be destroyed. If by chance we receive an order that was sent back due to non-delivery, we will attempt to contact the customer to resolve the address issue. Packages will be held up to 3 business days before we cancel the order and issue a credit, less the original shipping fee or the cost of shipping.
