For me... about a 1/3 of a day. I wasn't trying to give up nicotine though, just cigarettes (same as most people here).

They lasted about a day for me. I was a pack and a half a day smoker, the the Blu disposables were my on ramp to giving up my cancer sticks and joining the wonderful world of vaping .

If you want e-cigs to help you to quit smoking there is no sense in trying to minimize e-cig usage. It will not work that way. Moreover, the goal should be to maximize their usage, I mean to use them as often as you want. That is the way to success. Your goal should be to quit smoking not to get rid of nicotine, at least initially.
