I have tried charging for over 4 hours. I read online that a light should come on when charging and go off when completed. No lights at all. I'm using a micro USB corn connected to lap top. My stix battery will come on but not stay on. I went and bought a BRAND NEW one and that one didn’t even work. I took it back to my vape shop and they tried it and it didn’t work, exchanged it for a different one and guess what, THAT ONE DOESNT WORK ETHER. These are literally trash
