I have ordered juul pods from here 3 times. The 2 first times was great, recieved my pods within a couple days altoguhr i said shipping could take up to 18 days. The third time however (7 months later) the shipping tok 12 days and the pods i recieved was completely yellow almosr balck, they tasted horrible, i belive this is an accident but accept for that i have only had a great experience with them :) Overall 9/10 :).

I don't usually write online store reviews but I felt obligated to do so this time after my bad experience with Westcoastvapesupply.com I have been ordering vaping supplies online for more than 5 years, and I got to say that Westcoastvapesupply.com is by far my worst online store experience. I made 3 orders at their website that cost me $538 in total.

An amazing online store also located in California who not only sent my order for free but it was here in Florida within 3 days during the 4th of July week. I didn't even ask for that fast of shipping.

order a SINGLE bottle of juice and box of coils Monday, did not ship until Friday end of business day. won't even receive until Thursday following week. online headshops ship faster?
The bad reviews are accurate
The bad reviews are accurate. Ordered on a Monday, website says 24-48 hrs processing. Started reading reviews (should have read reviews before ordering, I normally do) on Tuesday. By Wednesday morning there was no indication that they were doing anything with my order. On Thursday morning I called and spoke with someone.
BUYER BEWARE
Unfortunately you have to leave at least 1 star, they do not deserve it. Ordered over 2 weeks ago, I was assured it will be shipped in 2 days through USPS. THEY DOT ANSWER CALLS OR EMAILS. I AM DONE TRYING, I'LL LET CHASE DEAL WITH THEM. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! I have ordered from them 3 times. Every time the order takes several weeks to ship. They do not have an actual customer service dept at all. They lgnore all emails and voicemails ( yes voicemail) they do not have a phone number that is ever answered.

Ordered Custard Monster Blueberry, received Jam Monster Blueberry. Contacted customer service, received a gift card for the amount of the mistake. Had to pay for shipping of the correct item, no big deal right? They sent the same wrong item, again. No answer from customer service/support this time. Its been three days.

If I could give it a ZERO I had a simple order. I placed the order March 13, 2021 with the understanding it would ship within (as noted when order was placed) 5-7 business days. I have sent several emails. I did get a reply after noting the information given advised the order had been shipped.
Worst delivery times ever!!
Made large personal vape order. Ad said shipped in 24-72 hrs. 12 days later, I received usps tracking info that my order was on the way to the post office in California. Horrible service. Only ordered there because a specific flavor wanted was available. Never again!
