Switching flaves without cleaning is fine but try to keep certain tanks for certain flaves. Mixing tobacco flaves and strawberry cheese cake isn'tthe best thing but mixing apple pie with vanilla can be memorable.

Pops and crackles is caused by juice hitting the coil to be vaporized. The sounds are perfectly normal although some juice delivery devices and/or juices are quieter than others.
