How do I know when the vape pen is fully charged ? First time buying a vape. The light in the usb charger is green but the light on the pen is red. After about 15 minutes the light on the pen turns off. If I take it out the charger and plug it back it then the light on the pen turns red again. Not sure if the light on the pen is supposed to turn off.
