I see that everyone here loved the Kaos and I really want to but I'm having a problem with mine and thought maybe someone would know a fix. I got mine a couple of months ago and since the beginning it has turned off by itself at random times. When it does this I have to take the batteries out to restart it.

Since Efest batteries are not on Mooch's approved battery list (I believe they are re-wraps, so unknown actual ratings), you might consider picking up a pair of approved LG, Samsung, or Sony batteries for your new mod. Then give them a try in your Kaos. I have no idea, but who knows, worth a try.

You need to pull your batteries, hit the power button, *then* plug in the usb cable while holding in the fire button. Then the upgrade button will light up. Also, make sure to shut down the program *before* pulling out the cable or your mod won't turn back on when you put the batteries back in.

A little more information would be helpful like what batteries you are using and what atomizer and build/ coils you are using? If you are running in temp control, what wire and build? Better to have too much info then not enough.
