I've never used a disposable, but generally when the flavor dies off or you get a burnt taste it's done. If the taste is still there and you're getting decent vapor production I'd venture to say that it's ok.

The Blu disposables are actually great to get you into vaping ...just don't get their starter kit. It sucks donkey .... The one I got lasted 3 days for me. You've know it's dead when the amount of vapor goes way down or the taste changes to burning.
